About

My name is Ioana

While my interest in the workings of the human mind has always been strong, I want to be clear that I do not have professional training or a degree in the mental health field.

When I first embarked on my mental health journey, it felt overwhelming, but I believed in its value deeply, and I was determined to move forward. I was so passionate about the process that I began to openly share my experiences with friends, encouraging others who were considering therapy to give it a try. This openness helped create a safe space, and I saw how much it helped people feel more comfortable seeking support.

This blog is an extension of that effort—to continue normalizing therapy and to build a sense of community around mental health. Through this platform, I am giving myself the chance to be vulnerable, sharing my innermost thoughts, feelings, painful memories, and long-hidden weaknesses. I hope that in doing so, you will realize that no matter how much you struggle or hurt, there is always hope, and you are not alone in your journey.

The lessons I share have been hard-earned, and while the road hasn't always been easy, my hope is that we can walk some of it together. I invite you to join me on this path, so we can grow, heal, and learn together.
